It’s Challenge time again! This year, we’re on the hunt for a summer of fitness fun, Amazing Race style. Team up with a friend or family member, and get ready to conquer a series of fitness challenges together. The winning team will receive the grand prize, with additional prizes for 2nd and 3rd place finishers. Ready, set, GO!

Grossmont Center is more than a mall—it’s a vibrant, lively community gathering spot in La Mesa with plenty of things to do both day and night. In addition to a wide variety of shopping and dining experiences, the center is the hub in San Diego for fun and exciting events and helps bring people in the La Mesa area together to have a good time.
From popular outdoor concerts and fun kids’ story times and activities to holiday-themed celebrations, Grossmont Center offers events for everyone! The center also hosts community-focused events such as pet adoptions and blood drives. In addition to center-wide celebrated events, our stores, restaurants, and specialty tenants also host their own unique happenings and programs throughout the year, which enhances the Grossmont Center experience. Whatever the event is, you’re sure to have a great time! Round up the kids, bring along your pet dog, get a group of friends together, or plan a date night and enjoy all that Grossmont Center has to offer!
We have a vibrant lineup of events throughout the year at Grossmont Center, and some are especially popular and have become beloved traditions in the community. Kids enjoy our annual Easter Egg Hunt, which offers plenty of excitement with crafts, balloon animals, and other holiday activities. In October, adorable ghosts, princesses, and other magical creatures come to Trick-or-Treat Around the Center for a family-friendly Halloween celebration. During winter, ‘tis the season to celebrate at Grossmont Center’s HolidayFest with Santa and his elves, a gingerbread bounce house, holiday crafts, and much more. Three times a year, the Center partners with the San Diego Animal Support Foundation to present major pet adoption events: Cupids & Canines, Dog Days of Summer, and Howl-O-Ween Hounds. Come join the fun, and you will see why these events are so popular in the La Mesa community!
