Grossmont Center is closely monitoring the rapidly evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and its impact on our region and community. Out of an abundance of caution, Grossmont Center has decided to RESCHEDULE ALL MARCH EVENTS. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate this public health issue in the context of keeping our communities safe.
For dedicated vintage shoppers, it’s all about the thrill of the hunt—and there’s no bigger thrill than combing the San Diego Vintage Flea Market for timeless treasures! This beloved San Diego flea market moved to Grossmont Center to expand its scope. That means more and bigger vendor booths, wider walkways for browsing, and, of course, even more unique and affordable antique, vintage, and vintage-inspired finds are waiting to be discovered. The market takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the last Sunday of each month in the West Court between Chuze and Fuddruckers. Admission is free.
The Best Flea Market in San Diego
You don’t want to rush through the San Diego Vintage Flea Market; a day here is meant to be savored as you admire the amazing array of goods that span many decades and styles. At one booth, you can snap up a sexy pin-up style dress, while at the next, there are rolls of Persian-style rugs, one of which may be the perfect fit for your living room. You can come to this SD vintage flea market to shop for something specific in mind, such as an end table or a planter, but it’s often wonderful to be surprised when an item jumps out at you that you weren’t looking for but simply have to own, such as a delicate antique ring or an intricately hand-tooled western leather wallet.
This San Diego flea market stands out not just in terms of variety and quality, but also for its inclusion of contemporary craftspeople in the vendor lineup. Each month the market features a “Makers Row,” where local artisans can sell and show their work. Often, these products have a strong vintage influence, but with a flair that is fresh and new. Makers Row is just another reason why San Diego Vintage Flea Market has earned such a devoted following.
